At Early Advantage, we understand the issues that you face as a independent speech therapist. Our mission is to work with our therapists to overcome these issues and allow them to become successful independent professionals.

Freedom

We value your education and expertise and strive to help you make the most of your career. We’re so confident that you’ll like working with early Advantage, that we never ask our therapists to sign exclusivity agreements or non-compete agreements. Other contracting companies will require you to sign non-compete agreements, limiting your career options. Since you can maintain your independence while working with us, you are free to pursue your own opportunities while not under contract.

Schedule Flexibility

Early Advantage will work with you to find a position that will fit your professional skills and personal needs. We currently have therapists working as few as 1-2 days per week as well as several working full-time, up to 37.5 hour a week. We offer some of the highest hourly rates, currently up to $55/hr and will work with you find the position that will provide the income and/or schedule flexibility that you need. Many contract companies will promise a high hourly rate but place you in a position that doesn’t provide the hours you will need. Since we are run by a speech therapist and only place speech therapy professionals, we will work with you to find the position that will allow you to be part of the Early Advantage team for years to come.

Professional Network

The network of therapists at Early Advantage has years of hands-on speech therapy training and experience providing a valuable resource for new therapists joining the group. This experienced group can provide valuable insights in your most challenging cases making your career in speech therapy more successful and fulfilling.

Financial and Administrative Support

Independent contracting allows you to take make the most of the valuable skill set that you have as a certified speech therapist. Some therapists avoid independent contracting because of the hassles of getting paid at irregular intervals and the difficulty of following up with clients regarding invoices. At Early Advantage, we provide a single point of contact with prompt payment, within two weeks of providing an invoice to us. We handle the clients and billing paperwork allowing you to focus on your most important job, speech therapy.
